  People who use handicapped electric wheel chairs leave them in the parking lot with regards to some one else using them or even them having themselves when they return. They made it in to get the charged chair from their car why can't they return them. Looks like more consideration for the use of these. Put those cameras to good use ppl who leave them in the parking lot not allowed to use. If you can't make it back to the store let a clerk know they will be happy to help you to your car and return the buggy for you.
